We’ll sell the screw machines and other large machinery online. The smaller items and the real estate will sell live on-site on December 12. Tract 1 – Machine Shop, Office & Welding Shop A 2,400-square-foot machine shop, a 600-square-foot office and a 1,600-square-foot welding shop. All three spaces are heated and cooled, for a combined 4,600 square feet. Tract 2 – Storage Building & Shed A 2,400-square-foot storage building with a concrete floor, plus a 40-by-40-foot shed with another 1,600 square feet. Tract 3 – Land with a Pond Approximately 2 acres +/- with a pond and a potential building spot. Final acreage will be determined by survey.
