Bill Fergusson is a Middle Tennessee native and currently lives on a farm outside of Hartsville TN. Bill Graduated from Austin Peay State University and taught / coached high school sports in Georgia during the early years of his career. Bill moved back to his home state of Tennessee in 1995 with his wife Tonya and began his sales career in the sporting goods industry. Bill's sales career also includes sales in energy development, digital marketing with Middle Tennessee schools, and working with municipal governments in community enhancement/ development projects. His vast sales experiences cover a very wide range of consulting services within different industries.

Bill and his family (wife Tonya, Luke 26, Katelyn 23, and Jake 17) currently live outside Hartsville on a farm adjacent to the farm he grew up on. Bill decided to expand his sales experience into the real estate industry as he has purchased many homes, is a property manager, and was the General Contractor on the construction of his current home. He believes that regardless of the industry placing the "Customer First " is the core of sales success. He would love to assist you in finding your first home, your next home or investment property!
